  • The columns, trusses, beams, rails and other metal constructions

      Our plant makes constructions different levels of complexity, and other elements of metal constructions according to the specifications provided by the customer and which are used , as well as  in the construction of various kinds of erected buildings and for other construction purposes.

    Metal constructions with columns mostly made of hot-rolled H-beam,but in some parts of certain building projects also applied nonstandard welded I-beams and this is the main supporting part of the frame of the building

       Metal columns form a secure framework, ensuring spatial stiffness of a building.
    Roof trusses and secondary trusses are made of profile pipes with different sizes. Columns, trusses, and other elements of metal сonstructions fastened using connections which are made of angles and profile of the pipe.

  • Construction of bridges and overpasses

     “ZHZMK” has the potential to produce up to 600 tons of bridge сonstructions per month, i.e. about 7 – 8 thousand tons per year.

       The use of prefabricated elements and component parts allows for a high rate of construction of overpasses and bridges of the present invention, significantly reduce labor costs and the cost of construction. On highways and railway lines are used  steel bridges with large span structures(more than one kilometer) and medium spans (about 30-60m). Forms of used structures and systems as diverse as that of the large-span coverings.

  • Construction of pipelines

       Each element is focused on making as large or great as possible the strength and safety, including the type of steel used, the pipe thickness and corrosion-resistant coatings. The use of welding to connect the pipes made it possible to build a sealed, high pressure pipes of large diameter. Currently, the majority of high-pressure pipelines consists of a steel pipe with welded joints. To control the quality of manufacturing at the plant has developed and implemented a special quality control system at every stage of production.        Central laboratory

       Central laboratory at our plant includes three units ,which includes: laboratory for non-destructive testing, laboratory for destructive control and laboratory for chemical control,Центральная Заводская Лаборатория

          Chemical and physical laboratory provide analysis of the properties of the incoming metal and its compliance with regulatory requirements, to determine their compliance with applicable Ukrainian and international standards.
        Additional quality control of welded seams is carried out using nondestructive methods (x-ray machines, ultrasonic flaw detector, nondestructive testing, magnetic powder method).

         Analysis of metals is a combination of chemical and mechanical testing to determine the properties of the steel, its characteristics and functions. For all  the multi-functional activities necessary to have special equipment, which is equipped with our laboratory that makes it possible to do the necessary tests and studies for the production of any high-quality products, as well as verification of welded joints using non-destructive methods of control: Ultrasound;  Radiographic testing (RT), Penetrant testing (PT), Magnetic powder method

    • Identification of all elements and substances contained in the material

    The level of suitability and conformity declared standards.

    • Determining the exact number and percentage of elements.

         The laboratory is equipped with all necessary equipment for analysis and uses advanced chemical, physico-chemical and physical methods.

         It provides the determinations of the mechanical and technological properties, conducts metallographic control

    • Bars and shapes from carbon, low-alloy, alloy and high-alloy steel

         The laboratory is equipped with a control and testing equipment and conducts metal analysis, determining:

    • Hardness

    • Technical characteristic at bending test

       The equipment used at ZHZMK has a unique line of European high-precision machine tools and foreign companies. Computer control on such equipment allows to perform the whole process to one operator. Corrosion protection products is also carried out at the plant by blasting, followed by applying a protective layer and finish painting.

        All kinds of works at our plant are made on their own lines.
